This is a Crime Fighters II arcade game logic board by Capcom. It has a sync problem and I could not get it to sync up on my Commodore monitor. It's possible that a SFII sync is slightly higher than my monitor will accept. I can see a scrambled picture with moving characters. I don't have a real monitor to test it out on so it is being sold as is with a sync problem. It has plenty of expensive eproms on it which is why I am starting the auction at $20. You are getting the board only, wiring harness is not included. This is a JAMMA board.
